==== Privacy Policy ====

Privacy amd Security policy---We do not sell, trade, or give away your private information to anyone nor do we share it in any way. Your transactions are encrypted or coded in such a way as to make them secure from intrusion. This gives you security from identity theft and fraud. The Fair Credit Billing Act limits your losses to $50 for fraudulent charges. We will reimburse you for this $50 charge if your credit information given to us is used to cause you losses while using our secure site. If you are held liable for any portion of the $50 maximum liability due to a security breach on our online store, we will cover your cost. We take the issue of identity theft and credit card fraud very seriuosly.

==== Payment Policy ====

We prefer payment by credit card and we accept VISA and MASTER CARD. Our online shopping cart is set up for these cards and lets us get your order to you with the least delay possible. Our online shopping cart is secure and convenient for you. Other options are PayPal, money order, or personal check but these are less convenient and often result in a delay of your shipment. If you choose one of these last three methods of payment, you should call the order in to us. After payment is received, we will ship your order. Please call us for any problems. Please do not send cash through the mail.

==== Shipping Policy ====

Our shipping policies are developed to allow us to ship our plants to you in the most efficient way possible. Some suggestions: (1) Please do not request shipment to a PO box. Most of our carriers will ship only to a street address. (2) Consider having the shipments made to your place of employment if shipment to your home would be inconvenient or would delay your getting the plants. (3) Open the box as soon as possible. Report any damages to us at once. Your plants are subject to damage by drying out, freezing or other mistreatment, but damage during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. Shipments are insured but damages need to be reported as soon as possible.

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express (FedEx). The USPS orders go out Monday-Tuesday or Friday-Saturday and usually arrive within two or three days. UPS orders go out Monday or Tuesday and usually arrive within three days. FedEx orders go out Tuesday and arrive within four days. Each carrier has advantages and disadvantages. We likely will use FedEx most of the time.

Our shipping and handling charge is $6.95 for the first item then $1.00 for each additional item and to anyplace within the continental United States (excludes Hawaii, and Alaska). We don’t have a minimal purchase policy but larger orders save you money since there is just one flat fee. Considering the costs and inconvenience of mall shopping, we think this fee is your best plant purchase bargain.
